Once we started having kids, my health got further and further away from my top priorities until I looked down and saw that I had eclipsed the 300 pound mark. After 5 years of playing at the next level of football after college, I hung up the cleats and settled down with my beautiful wife. I was a Division 1 football player for the University of Iowa starting 3 years at inside linebacker. One thing that keeps me going on the road is diving into some of my favourite tunes.
